The Minister of State for Transportation, Prince Ademola Adegoroye, on Sunday presented employment letters to indigenes of Ondo State newly recruited into two federal agencies under the Ministry of Transportation.
While four of the beneficiaries were earlier employed into the Nigeria Ports Authority, NPA, 20 others have been employed into the Nigeria Railway Corporation, NRC.

Presenting employment letters to the beneficiaries or their representatives at his residence in Akure, the Minister congratulated them and urged them to take their duties seriously to make the State proud.
Prince Demola Adegoroye said the development was in fulfilment of his promise to help as many Ondo State youths as possible gain employment into federal government service during his short tenure as Minister.
The beneficiaries were full of praises for the Minister, thanking him for the opportunities given to them and promised to give their best in their respective duties.
While the NPA beneficiaries have since assumed duties at their respective posts, the appointment of the NRC beneficiaries took effect from May 2, 2023.
