The First Bank Nigeria Plc has proven to be a fraudulent and Unreliable bank in Nigeria with what customers are experiencing due to its poor service.
An Xpress payment transaction into a school, Olabisi Onabanjo University Portal was made on 27th March, 2023 and the sum #126,796 (One hundred and twenty six thousand seven hundred and ninety six naira) was debited from this Account No – 3196635625 without same credited to the school portal/account since then.
All efforts to get the money reversed back to the account have proved abortive. Several calls have been made and all promises by the Bank’s Customer Service Representatives that the reversal would be done, have failed.
First Bank customers should be careful of this bank known for its incessant transaction failure and fraudulent act of non-reversal of customers’ fund erroneously debited.
