Oladehinde stated that “This humanitarian exercise is to support the people, in this difficult time that we all found ourselves, we must see it as responsibility to provide shoulders for the vulnerable such as the widows, children among others to lean on.
“It is an initiative aimed at complementing the various efforts of the government to make life easier for all. I can only call on each and everyone of us to see how we can support one another, the privileged ones should always remember those who need support and try to make a difference in the lives of the people”.
The Chairman of the event, Hon. Kehinde Odeneye lauded the founder of the foundation for sparing a thought for the widows who are often forgotten in the society.
Odeneye, a former two term House of Representatives member representing Ijebu Central federal constituency, urged people to show love and support for another during this trying time.
The former federal lawmaker said that “The world is beautiful and quite exciting when we put others in our thought, it is the way to go to make Nigeria great, the government cannot do it alone, the job is much but we outreaches like the one being championed by this foundation, we can all go ahead to make a huge difference in our little corner of this world”.
